Westwood Motor Group is one of the most recognisable and visible businesses in the Wigan area and we’ve quickly made a name for ourselves in Bolton too thanks to our local branch established three years ago. To help us continue to make waves, we’re looking for someone with energy, drive and enthusiasm, coupled with some experience in B2C & B2B vehicle hire.

Our fleet of roughly 3,000 vehicles consists of high spec’ or top of the range vans and cars which go out brand new for hire, then come back roughly a year later to be sold.

The quality, choice and price of our fleet speaks for itself and practically sells itself, we just need someone with a winning personality to help us get signatures on that dotted line, build relationships and develop long term business partnerships. Could you be the one to do that?

The Role:

We are looking for an individual with the ability to…

• Liaise with customers in person and on the telephone, on a daily basis
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, both new and existing, thanks to a friendly and professional personality
• Complete rental agreements with customers – which includes taking their details and relevant documents while guiding them through the process
• Perform financial transactions and checks, including taking payments, setting up direct debits and working with finance companies
• Quickly become familiar with all aspects of the business
• Chase up leads and engage with potential customers
• Actively seek out new business customers
• Properly organise workloads and complete basic administrative tasks
• Keep and maintain detailed records of payments, phone calls and enquiries
• Acquire and retain key information for dozens of vehicles, from prices of rentals to deposits, in addition to vehicle specs
• Be An Essential Part Of The Leadership Team
• Occasionally deliver cars and vans when necessary
